fix(FN-3944): reconcile dependency-graph focus-visible merge

- Resolve rebase conflict under smart-prefer-main by keeping main-authoritative deletions
- Preserve existing ChatView mobile keyboard parity coverage already present on main
- Keep dependency graph focus-visible styling aligned with main without reintroducing removed outline rule
