f78711d21e test(FN-5048): replace fixed sleeps with polled waits in ws badge tests 
Swap fixed 200ms "wait for pub/sub propagation" sleeps in the
multi-instance badge tests for polled waitForExpectation calls. Returns
on delivery (typically <20ms) instead of always paying 200ms, and
removes the delivery>200ms race an unconditional sleep masks.

20002e7186 test(FN-7077): allow dual-scoped mcpServers in settings parity guard 
mcpServers is intentionally shared across global and project scopes (a
global default applies to every project; a project override tailors the
set per project). Add it to the parity guard's intentional shared-keys
allow-list.

525953b494 fix: stop schema comments truncating parsed table bodies 
parseCreateTableSchemasFromSql now strips `--` comments before the
non-greedy CREATE TABLE body regex, so a `);` inside a schema comment can
no longer end a table body early and silently drop columns from
ensureSchemaCompatibility()'s backfill set. Fixes legacy DBs missing
newer task columns (checkout-lease, column dwell) after upgrade.
