- Replace inline styles in BackgroundTasksIndicator with semantic class names for pill, popover, and session rows
- Add dedicated styles for attention state, hover behavior, and muted text/border theme tokens
- Style session content, icons, and dismiss controls in styles.css to centralize indicator presentation
