- Add mobile full-screen and safe-area CSS rules for agent dialogs, including touch-friendly inputs and footer actions
- Remove hardcoded inline width constraints from AgentGenerationModal so mobile styles can fully apply
- Fill AgentListModal mobile gaps with improved control sizing, wrapped layouts, and single-column behavior at small breakpoints
- Add agent modal mobile regression tests covering responsive classes, breakpoints, and dialog sizing expectations
