gsxdsm 1e67e87321 FN-8702: fix Git Manager phone sheet spacing ...

Make Git Manager use the standalone phone layout only below the 768px boundary.

- Remove the hidden resize-handle gutter from Git Manager phone sheets
- Preserve embedded, tablet, and desktop Git Manager geometry
- Add responsive layout smoke fixtures and regression coverage
- Document the phone-sheet behavior and add a patch changeset
