gsxdsm fce1755d2b fix(dashboard): reserve iOS PWA status-bar inset on mobile modal headers ...

The black-translucent status bar overlays the page in iOS standalone PWAs,
clipping close buttons in full-screen mobile modals and the QuickChatFAB
panel. Add `padding-top: env(safe-area-inset-top, …)` so headers render
below the status bar.
