- Replace agent sidebar layout with a compact dropdown select component
- Refactor MailboxModal.tsx to use dropdown instead of sidebar navigation
- Remove unused sidebar CSS styles and add dropdown-specific styles
- Update tests to cover dropdown behavior and interaction patterns
