- Reduce ID column width in list view for better space utilization
- Remove deprecated AgentsView component (consolidated into other views)
- Remove TaskChangesTab component (replaced by unified diff viewer)
- Add project-runtime.ts foundation for multi-project runtime architecture
- Fix duplicate variable declaration in SettingsModal
- Update tests for removed components and new hooks behavior
