Completes the GitHub tracking header alignment work in the TaskDetailModal with CSS adjustments to keep the header properly aligned, along with corresponding test coverage. The changeset prepares the `@runfusion/fusion` package for release as a patch. Fusion-Task-Id: FN-4213
