This merge adds a new **Research Settings** section to the settings modal and dashboard (ResearchView), including a new schema, types, and resolver exported for dashboard alias builds, along with comprehensive tests and documentation updates. It also makes task review step fields editable in the Tas Fusion-Task-Id: FN-3031
