gsxdsm abd2e71609 fix(release): run homebrew-tap git commands inside the tap clone ...

The tap is a gitignored sibling repo, so `git add` from the main repo
failed. Pass cwd through `run()` and target homebrew-tap/ for the
add/commit/push.
