Fusion 605ace7e2b feat(FN-3138): tokenize MissionManager CSS spacing and colors 
The merge completes the CSS refactoring of MissionManager by replacing hardcoded color literals with CSS custom properties and spacing values with design tokens, bringing the component in line with the dashboard's design system. A test was also updated to stabilize the mission activity load-more ass
