Correct the Kimi/Moonshot AI logo in Usage modal and model selection dropdowns. The crescent moon placeholder icon has been replaced with the official Moonshot AI stylized "K" mark, and both `kimi` and `moonshot` provider names now correctly resolve to the Kimi icon.
