Fusion 8cc83a639f fix(FN-2278): align Pi extensions source badges and toggle styling ...

- Add "package" as a supported Pi extension source type and show a human-readable label in the manager
- Extend PiExtensionsManager tests to cover package-sourced extensions in name, source, path, and toggle assertions
- Add an accessible aria-label to each extension toggle control
- Resolve toggle switch CSS conflict by adopting token-based sizing, stronger focus styling, and disabled-state visuals
