gsxdsm 5931e10345 FN-8730: add Midnight dashboard theme ...

Add a persisted Midnight palette with consistent first-paint behavior across dashboard surfaces.

- Register Midnight in shared theme metadata and web/Electron startup validators
- Define light and dark Midnight tokens plus selector swatches
- Cover selection and bootstrap validation, and document the new preset
