Fusion Agent aad4b73a47 FN-033: use default chat model for task chat ...

Task chat now uses the resolved project default while matching general chat controls and session behavior.

- Resolve the effective task-chat model and expose model/thinking selectors in the task chat composer.
- Persist per-session model and thinking overrides through scoped task-chat routes.
- Refresh task-chat UI, documentation, tests, and release metadata for the new behavior.
