gsxdsm a381863b5c FN-5860: allow Shift+Enter newlines in collapsed quick entry ...

Ensure quick entry keeps Shift+Enter newline behavior even before expansion.

- allow Shift+Enter to bypass submit handling in any quick-entry state
- expand the quick entry when Shift+Enter inserts a newline from the collapsed state
- update QuickEntryBox coverage to verify newline behavior without submission while collapsed
