gsxdsm 6a0e3a4c5b feat(FN-1166): improve task description editing in TaskForm
- Increase edit-mode description textarea height and add fullscreen expand/collapse controls with Escape support
- Add debounced 1.5s description auto-save in edit mode with Saving/Saved status feedback
- Wire TaskDetailModal to persist auto-saved descriptions via updateTask and show success/error toasts
- Add TaskForm coverage for expand mode and auto-save debounce behavior, and update related icon/test/style support
