gsxdsm 6cdebe1d61 fix(dashboard): theme-aware links on the onboarding GitHub setup step ...

GitHub-step anchors had layout-only CSS and rendered the user-agent
default blue, which ignores the dashboard theme. Use var(--color-info)
with hover underline; .btn anchors keep button styling.
