Semih 5aca3934ca feat: shadcn/ui + sidebar-07 + dashboard-01 layout

- shadcn init (neutral base, css variables)
- AppSidebar wired to panel routes (Overview/Projects/Operations/Events/Audit/Settings)
- NavUser dropdown uses Better Auth signOut
- SectionCards reads live counts from panel DB
- TooltipProvider wraps root layout

Süper Panel

Internal admin panel — sp.semih.ai — Tailscale-only access.

Phase 0 skeleton: Next.js 16 + Better Auth (email/password + TOTP) + Prisma + Postgres + Redis. Deployed on Coolify, fronted by Traefik with Let's Encrypt (Cloudflare DNS-01).

Local dev

Production deploy
